Everything about Nicotine liquids in Scotland (2025) (v4)
Nicotine liquids advice for Scotland, covering spare parts, what to look for and where the trade-offs actually sit.
Anyone who has compared nicotine liquids options in Scotland quickly learns that specification lists only tell part of the story. What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber.
There is no single best nicotine liquids for everyone in Scotland, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume.
Pricing in Scotland shifts with import duty, so the figures here reflect current GBP rates rather than a fixed list price. Airflow control on the Wismec Reuleaux is adjustable enough to move from a warm, restrained draw to something far more open without removing the tank. Vapour production is more than adequate at 70, and pushing beyond that adds heat rather than anything worth carrying.
The silicone tip mouthpiece is comfortable over long sessions and resists the condensation that gathers on narrower tips. Comparing this against a 40:60 PG/VG setup shows the difference clearly: one favours flavour, the other favours volume. The 4.0 ml capacity is a genuinely useful middle ground: enough liquid for a long session without turning the device into a pocket problem.
What surprised us most was how little the 0.8 Ω regular coil changes the draw character compared with the 40:60 PG/VG liquid sitting in the chamber. The Deep Purple finish hides fingerprints far better than the gloss options, which matters more than it sounds on a device handled daily. Expect roughly 595 full puffs from a charge at 6 mg/ml, based on average session length in our testing.
Worth noting that the 510 thread takes a small amount of care to keep clean, which we cover in the maintenance section below. For compact users, the learning curve is shorter than the specification list suggests, and daily use is straightforward from the first charge. If you take one thing from this page, make it the coil compatibility check. A device that needs a coil you cannot source locally becomes an expensive ornament within a month.

Flavour and performance notes
A representative profile is Kiwi Lime: tangy, green, described as tart kiwi balanced by lime. On a 40:60 PG/VG ratio this reads clearly on the first day and holds its character to roughly the 0.8 Ω regular mark before the coil begins to mute it.
Practical considerations in Scotland
Availability in Scotland is the factor that decides most outcomes here. Confirm the 0.8 Ω regular and the Type-C fast charge are both in stock before committing, and check that the 510 thread matches your existing device if you already own hardware. Duty and GBP rates move, so treat prices as current rather than fixed.
Take the time to get it right the first time; the difference shows up over months of use rather than days.
